Windows, Doors, Entry, Hallways, stairs in all areas: Front door (inside/outside; panel on front door (if any); doors, sills, jam, knobs. Light fixtures, chandeliers, etc., ceiling fans; cobweb; inside windows. sills and tracks; patio doors/sliding glass doors (inside); blinds/shutters; heater/AC vents; baseboards, closets, shelves, ledges, stair-rails.

Kitchen: Stovetop, drip pans, under burners, under range top, control knobs, range vent, filters; oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave inside/outside. Appliances moved as applicable to clean sides and behind, cabinets/drawers inside/outside/top, countertops, tile and grout, sinks, disposal, trash compactor, polish fixtures, pantry shelves.

Bathrooms: Tub/Shower, tile, grout, doors, tracks, toilet, tank/bowl, seat/lid, medicine cabinet, sink, countertop, Cabinets/drawers inside/outside, Fixtures– towel racks, tissue holder, faucets, mirrors, lights.

Washroom/Utility Room: Dryer – lint trap, washing machine around, rim/outside/behind. move washer and dryer to clean sides and behind, shelves/cabinets (inside and out), countertops, and sink

Flooring: Vacuum and mop tile floors, clean and polish wood floors, vacuum carpeted floors.

Other – Extra charge applies

• Sweep garage floor

• Sweep screened porch/lanai

• Remove any miscellaneous items left in home

Deep Clean with follow-up Maintenance Plan

This package is offered on your first clean or can also be booked as a one-time clean. To maintain a healthy and clean home after the deep cleaning we create a maintenance plan to be performed on a regular basis.

All rooms: window glass inside, sliding glass door inside/outside, windowsills, tracks, blinds/shutters. Baseboards, vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans. General dusting - furniture, lamps, wall hangings. Doors, door jams, and sills. Upholstery furniture vacuum. Floors include stairs, vacuum, mop.

Kitchen: Appliances refrigerator, dishwasher, oven inside/outside, stovetop, hood, range vent. control knobs, filters. Microwave inside/outside. Appliances moved as applicable to clean sides and behind.

Bathroom: Exterior of cabinets and drawers, countertops and sink, all fixtures, medicine cabinet, mirrors, lights, shower, tub, tile, toilet. Towels folded and hung.

Bedroom: Make bed. Linen changed upon request. If requested leave linen at bottom of bed.

Washroom/Utility Room: Dryer – lint trap, washing machine around, rim/outside/behind. move washer and dryer to clean sides and behind, shelves/cabinets, countertops, and sink

Other – Extra charge applies as follows:

• Empty and clean inside of refrigerator

• Sweep garage floors

• Sweep screened porch/lanai

• Picking up excessive items from floors

These services can be added as optional service as needed.
